By creating an account or using Far Fox, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Far Fox is a couples app designed for long-distance relationships. It provides features including shared photos, love letters, daily questions, mood tracking, challenges, and a virtual fox companion. The service is available via web browser and mobile devices.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is abusive, harmful, or violates another person's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Far Fox (photos, letters, question answers, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to your connected partner as part of the service.

6. Partner Connection

Far Fox is designed for use between two connected partners. Content you share is visible to your connected partner. You are responsible for the content you share. Disconnecting from a partner may result in the removal of shared content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Far Fox available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

Far Fox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations, be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Far Fox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
